Probably one of the most important and favorite things that I do is to travel. The dream is to get paid to do it. But since that opportunity seldomly happens, that doesn’t stop me to go on a quick getaway from time to time. That’s why it’s awesome to have apps like Klook that helps make your travel experience easier and more fun.
Klook is a travel activities and services booking platform. It provides travelers with a seamless way to discover and book popular attractions, tours, local transportation, best foods, and unique experiences around the world on its website and app. Recently, they held the Klook Travel Fest, one of the biggest travel sales in the Philippines at the World Trade Center. It was a two-day event with a bunch of activities, travel merchandise sales, and of course, great travel deals powered by PLDT Home Fibr.
Unfortunately, I was only able to attend the last day of the event but it was still worth the commute amidst the bad weather. The Halls A and D were packed with people waiting for travel deals that were announced every 30 minutes. The day was also full with talks from different personalities who has travel as one of their priorities.
I was lucky enough to have the chance to sit down and do a quick interview with one of the featured guests that day. Strictly Dumpling’s Mike Chen graciously shared a few tips about traveling and his food adventures with me. Watch our interview below.
